- Jobed.ru is a set of software products and databases that are used to work with online ads. Users publish their offers on the platform to find potential clients and make a deal.
- The service is available on the Jobed.ru website (including all domain levels), as well as through mobile versions and applications. Jobed.ru is aimed at users in Russia.
- To log in to the service, you must provide a phone number, email address, and account password. One of the key functions of the service is a secure number - this is a temporary phone number to which incoming calls are automatically redirected.

- Advertisement - an offer by the User on Jobed.ru about goods, services, real estate, vacancies, resumes, etc.
- The User is an individual, a company registered in Russia, a self-employed person or an individual entrepreneur who uses the Jobed.ru platform.
- User content is text, images and videos that users publish on Jobed.ru, including in ads, in the public domain in their profile, in reviews and in the chat.
- Jobed.ru Rules is a section where legally significant company documents, as well as articles, are posted.
- Profile is a unique section on Jobed.ru, which was created specifically for registered users. With its help, you can perform various actions on the platform, such as managing orders, connecting to the company's services and others.

1. Subject of the terms
1.1. The Company grants the User the right to use the Jobed.ru service under the terms of a free simple (non-exclusive) license.
1.2. The Company is not a party to the transaction, the organizer of the transaction, the seller, the buyer, the employer, the intermediary, the agent, the representative of the User, the beneficiary or other interested party in relation to transactions between Users.
2. Registration at Jobed.ru
2.1. Registration on Jobed.ru can be done in one of two ways:
2.1.1. using a mobile phone number belonging to one of the Russian telecom operators;
2.1.2. by linking an existing profile on a social network, specified in the registration form.
2.2. After successful registration, the user gains access to their profile.
2.3. There can only be one profile on the Jobed.ru platform linked to one mobile phone number.
2.4. For registration, it is prohibited to use the phone number that was specified in the deleted or blocked profile, within 90 days after deletion or blocking.
2.5. In case of registration through a social network, some functions may be unavailable. To access all the features of the Jobed.ru platform, you may need to provide a phone number and email address.
3. Login to the Jobed.ru platform
3.1. To continue using their account, the user must enter their credentials.
3.2. If the user registered via social networks, he/she can log in to their account via the corresponding social network.
3.3. The user is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of their account data.
3.3.1. In case of loss of account data or suspicion of their leakage, the user must immediately notify the company.
3.3.2. The user has no right to sell, rent or transfer their account data to third parties.
3.3.3. All actions of the user using account data are considered to be performed by them personally, and the user himself/herself is responsible for these actions.
3.4. If the user has linked accounts, then all account data becomes common for all accounts.
4. Providing access to Jobed.ru functionality
4.1. The User can use all Jobed.ru functions, including:
4.1.1. post ads in certain categories on the platform, if he has authorization;
4.1.2. search and view ads without requiring authorization;
4.1.3. use other functions available on Jobed.ru.
4.2. Users use the information on Jobed.ru to conclude transactions at their own risk. They independently assess the completeness, reliability and accuracy of the information, as well as its compliance with the law, without any participation or control on the part of the company.
4.3. The Company provides the User with access to Jobed.ru:
4.3.1. for the period of the exclusive right;
4.3.2. on the territory of the Russian Federation and in other countries where Jobed.ru is technically available on the User's device. However, some functions may not be available outside the Russian Federation.
5. Guarantees of the parties
5.1. The User guarantees that:
5.1. 1. does not violate the intellectual property or other rights of third parties when using the Jobed.ru service;
5.1. 2. has all the necessary powers to enter into and fulfill the Terms.
5.2. The User undertakes to:
5.2. 1. act in good faith, comply with applicable law, the Terms, the Service Rules, as well as the Company's explanations when interacting with it and other users, as well as in connection with the use of the service;
5.2. 2. provide the Company with complete, reliable and up-to-date information that does not contradict applicable law.
5.3. The Company guarantees that it owns:
5.3. 1. the exclusive right to the service, brand name, trademarks and other distinctive signs of the Company, including those used in the domain name Jobed.ru.ru;
5.3. 2. rights to registered and unregistered databases. Databases include both content that is publicly available on the service and content that is not available to users for viewing at a certain point;
5.3.3. exclusive rights to any objects posted by the Company on the service, including texts, interface elements, graphic images, illustrations, video, photo materials, etc.
6. The User is prohibited from:
6.1. Using content posted on Jobed.ru, including content from other users, in ways and for purposes that do not comply with the platform rules.
6.2. Trying to access other users' personal information without permission, using fraud, abuse of trust, or profile hacking.
6.3. Interacting with other users for the purpose of concluding a deal using ads, if this is not the intention to conclude a deal.
6.4. Disrupting the operation of the platform and bypassing technical restrictions.
6.5. Downloading and using malware on the platform, as well as using automatic scripts for registration.
6.6. Use technical means to interact with the platform in a manner that bypasses the normal procedure for use, including the collection and processing of personal data and content posted on the platform.
6.7. Copy, modify, create derivative materials, decompile, analyze using a disassembler or attempt to obtain the source code, as well as modify the platform in any other way that violates the rules of the platform.
6.8. Extract materials and information from the platform's databases or use them in any form and by any means, if this is not related to the conclusion of a transaction regarding the object of the advertisement, including use to fill third-party databases.
6.9. Mislead other users or the company, impersonate another person or representative without sufficient rights to do so, including the company, as well as use other forms and methods of illegal representation.
6.10. Commit illegal actions on the platform, use images and statements that promote or provoke violence, cruelty, hatred or disrespect, contain threats, insults or defamatory information, justify illegal or unfair actions, call for or incite them, are aimed at inciting hatred or hostility, do not comply with moral standards or business practices, including the use of obscene and rude language.
7. General conditions for due diligence
7.1. The Company may offer a user to undergo a due diligence check at their own initiative or in the event of detection of signs of a violation of the Jobed.ru rules or unfair behavior.
7.2. Users can undergo a due diligence check only in one profile (except for linked profiles).
7.3. Objectives of due diligence checks:
7.3.1. Ensuring user compliance with the terms.
7.3.2. Preventing and suppressing violations of current legislation and the Jobed.ru rules.
7.3.3. Ensuring the security and protecting the interests of all users.
7.4. Providing information as part of the due diligence check is aimed at strengthening the trust of users in each other and confirming that:
7.4.1. The profile did not previously belong to another user and was not hacked for the purpose of committing illegal actions.
7.4.2. The profile was created by a real person for the legitimate use of Jobed.ru and was not registered using automated means.
7.4.3. The user does not intend to commit illegal acts, such as deceiving other users, illegally collecting contact information, using forged documents, etc., and does not seek to avoid liability for them.
7.4.4. Providing a video image of the face is aimed at achieving the last two goals of this paragraph.
7.5. The company's obligation to provide the right to use Jobed.ru is counter to the user's obligation to undergo a security check in the event of a security threat.
7.6. If the user has provided information but has not passed the security check due to a violation of the Jobed.ru rules, some functions and parts of the platform, including the profile, may be unavailable to him.
7.7. For security purposes, some functions of Jobed.ru may be available only to users who have passed the security check.
7.8. The fact that the user has successfully passed the security check, including confirmation of self-employed status, does not guarantee:
7.8.1. the accuracy and relevance of the information provided by the user when using Jobed.ru (in ads, profile, reviews, chats, etc.);
7.8.2. a recommendation to make transactions with him;
7.8.3. additional obligations within the framework of using Jobed.ru.
7.9. A user who has passed the reliability check can receive badges or marks for the profile, such as "Documents verified", "Self-employed" or "Details verified", which increase the credibility of the profile. This information is for reference only.
7.10. To simplify the use of Jobed.ru, information about the passed reliability check can be used within the framework of the autofill function.
8. Types of due diligence
8.1. Due diligence options:
• Bank IDs: The User has access to all or individual IDs.
• Provision of documents: Individuals can confirm their identity by providing a passport, driver's license, or a video image of their face from several angles (without recording voice or other sounds).
• Unified Identification and Authentication System (UIAS): Individuals and self-employed individuals can be verified through UIAS.
• Bank details: Legal entities and sole proprietors can confirm their reliability by providing their bank details.
• Other checks: Jobed.ru rules may also provide for other methods of due diligence.
8.2. Depending on the specific situation, the Company may offer the User to select one or more due diligence options.
8.3. To conduct checks, the Company may engage specialized partners who process the personal data of Users, including a photo of a passport, driver's license, and video images.
8.4. Reliability checks based on documents or video images are available only to adult users.
9. User content
9.1. Content creation and posting:
The user independently creates, modifies and publishes content on Jobed.ru without any participation of the Company. The user can also delete content or send it to chats.
9.2. Responsibility for content:
The user is obliged to ensure that their content complies with the law and the Jobed.ru Rules and is responsible for this.
9.3. Third party rights:
The user guarantees that their content does not violate the legal rights and interests of third parties, including rights to intellectual property.
9.4. Posting purposes:
Postting content on Jobed.ru is allowed solely for informational purposes.
9.5. Content verification:
The Company is not obliged to conduct a preliminary content verification, but it may take any actions based on requests or decisions of authorized persons.
9.6. License to Use Content:
The User grants the Company the right to use their content under a simple (non-exclusive) license without specifying the author's name. This includes the right to reproduce, distribute, process, create derivative works, and display the content or parts thereof for public information. The User grants these rights for the entire term of the exclusive right to the content.
9.7. Company Rights:
The Company has the right to use user content to fulfill the Terms, improve Jobed.ru, for marketing and educational purposes, as well as in commercial and non-commercial projects.
9.7.1. Use of Content:
The Company may use content to fulfill the Terms, improve the platform, for marketing and educational purposes, as well as in commercial and non-commercial projects.
9.7.2. Archives:
The Company saves archive copies of user content and does not withdraw materials containing it from circulation.
9.7.3. Partners:
The rights to use the content can be transferred to partners of OOO FANTASIS (TIN 6161095526)
9.7.4. Content protection:
Photos and videos uploaded by the User are automatically marked with Jobed.ru logos to protect materials in the databases from unauthorized copying.
9.7.5. Cooperation with partners:
The Company provides information about users' cars to the services of OOO FANTASIS (TIN 6161095526). This is done to improve the user experience and help non-professional sellers find buyers.
9.7.6. Analytics:
Based on business metrics of advertisements of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (for example, the number of views and additions to favorites), analytics are generated, which are used to attract new users. Business analytics are not intended to identify a specific user.
9.8. Data verification:
The Company may request additional data from the User to confirm authority or verify the information provided by him on Jobed.ru.
For example, if suspicious signs are detected after posting an Advertisement in the "Real Estate" category, the Company may request from the User an extract from the Unified State Register of Real Estate of a specified format to verify information about the real estate property.
9.9. Company's liability:
The Company is not responsible for user content posted on Jobed.ru and is not its distributor.
10. Reviews
10.1. By leaving reviews about other users, the user expresses their subjective opinion and evaluates the interaction with other users.
10.2. The user has no right to:
10.2.1. publish false information in reviews;
10.2.2. leave a review if they did not plan to conclude a deal on the ad;
10.2.3. order or leave reviews for a fee ("wind up" reviews), as well as encourage this or offer services of this kind.
10.3. In the "Work" category, reviews can only be left by employees of employers, including former ones. This is done to ensure the completeness of the information in the reviews.
11. User interaction on Jobed.ru
11.1. Authorized users can exchange messages in Jobed.ru chats, as well as call other users, including through the Jobed.ru mobile application, to discuss ads and the terms of the transaction on them.
11.2. However, users may not use Jobed.ru chats and calls for:
11.2.1. purposes not related to concluding a transaction on Jobed.ru, including offering goods, services, or work that were not posted in ads on Jobed.ru;
11.2.2. any other purposes not provided for by the Terms, including transferring communication with the user to other communication channels and services. For example, to send links to other resources or applications on the Internet.
11.3. To ensure security, the Company may limit the user's ability to transmit or request contact information of other users.
11.4. The Company has the right to record, store, decrypt, and analyze (including selective listening and/or viewing) messages on Jobed.ru, as well as calls (including video calls) made through the Jobed.ru mobile application and to temporary numbers using the Protected Number.
11.4.1. These messages and calls are not personal.
11.4.2. The Company may take these actions to ensure compliance with the Terms and other Jobed.ru Rules, prevent violations of applicable laws, unfair actions by users, and improve the functionality of Jobed.ru.
12. Protected number
12.1. The Company provides the user with a protected number.
12.2. The rules for using the protected number can be found at the link, they are an integral part of the rules.
12.3. Information about the call can be displayed in chats on Jobed.ru so that users can contact each other.
12.4. The user does not have the right to use a temporary number to register on other sites.
13. Interaction between the Company and users
The Company can send users various messages:
13.1.1. System notifications that cannot be refused. For example, to confirm registration, to notify about restricted access to a profile or ads.
13.1.2. Service notifications related to user actions on Jobed.ru. For example, about receiving a message from another user or about other user actions related to an ad, personal selections of ads of interest.
13.1.3. Marketing and informational notifications: advice from the company, invitations to take part in research, news and promotions of the company, Jobed.ru, Autoteka and the company's partners.
13.2. Methods of sending messages:
13.2.1. In the notification center in the profile.
13.2.2. To the email address specified in the profile or additionally provided by the user.
13.2.3. To the phone number specified in the profile or additionally provided by the user.
13.2.4. In the form of push notifications.
13.2.5. In chats on Jobed.ru.
13.3. The user can manage service notifications, informational and marketing notifications in the profile settings.
13.4. The company can call the user in the following cases:
13.4.1. To collect feedback on interaction with Jobed.ru.
13.4.2. To support the user and improve the work of Jobed.ru.
13.4.3. To provide information about tools for quickly selling a car or goods of certain categories, such as phones or other equipment.
13.4.4. To provide information about the Comfortable Deal program in order to improve the user experience and help the owner sell real estate. In these cases, the company may engage specialized partners.
13.5. The company has the right to record, store, decrypt and analyze (including selectively listening to and / or viewing) messages and calls with users.
13.5.1. The company has the right to take these actions to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions, other rules of Jobed.ru, to prevent violations of Russian legislation, unfair actions and to improve the functionality of Jobed.ru and customer service.
13.6. The user grants the company the right to use the materials contained in his requests to the company, including the results of intellectual activity:
13.6.1. To fulfill the terms and improve Jobed.ru and the user experience.
13.6.2. Under the terms of a simple (non-exclusive) license - for the entire duration of the user's exclusive right to the relevant material, free of charge, in any way, with or without the author's name.
14. Restricting access to the Jobed.ru platform
14.1. In order to ensure security on the Jobed.ru platform, the company may conduct random checks of users' compliance with the rules at any time and in various ways.
14.2. The company has the right to restrict access to the Jobed.ru profile or functionality, including:
14.2.1. rejecting or blocking user content;
14.2.2. restricting the display of user content in search results;
14.2.3. restricting the ability to leave reviews or respond to them;
14.2.4. hiding the display of ads on the map;
14.2.5. restricting access to chats on Jobed.ru;
14.2.6. restricting the use of certain Jobed.ru services and company services;
14.2.7. restricting access to Jobed.ru from certain IP addresses or phone numbers.
Restrictions may be temporary and depend on the nature of the user's violation.
14.3. The Company may restrict the User's access in the following cases:
14.3.1. detection of violations, actions aimed at violating applicable laws, the rights of third parties or the rules of Jobed.ru, for example, committing prohibited actions or violating representations;
14.3.2. detection of signs of abuse of the Jobed.ru platform, for example, manipulation of search results, circumvention of Jobed.ru rules or improper use of Jobed.ru functionality;
14.3.3. posting reviews that may be false;
14.3.4. failure by the User to provide documents or information upon request of the Company.
14.3.5. detection of repeated or serious violations of applicable laws, the rights of third parties or the rules of Jobed.ru, for example, posting ads and indicating prices that do not correspond to reality;
14.3.6. receiving complaints from other users regarding the profile;
14.3.7. hacking of the User's profile by a third party;
14.3.8. liquidation of a user - a legal entity or termination of the user - an individual entrepreneur;
14.3.9. detection of signs of fraud, imposition of additional services or conditions in the user's behavior;
14.3.10. creation of a new profile instead of the previously blocked one.
14.4. In exceptional cases, if the user has eliminated the violations, the company can restore access to the profile.
15. Limitation of Liability
15.1. The Company provides the functionality of Jobed.ru on an "as is" basis, that is, in the form and volume in which it is available at the time of use.
15.1.1. The Company does not give any express or implied warranties regarding the functionality of Jobed.ru, including its suitability for specific purposes, profitability of use, performance, integration with other systems, uninterrupted operation, absence of errors and failures.
15.1.2. The functionality of Jobed.ru can be changed, supplemented or terminated at any time without prior notice to users.
15.2. The Company is not responsible for:
15.2.1. temporary failures and interruptions in the operation of Jobed.ru, which may lead to loss of information;
15.2.2. malfunctions or other problems with the computer, mobile device or any other device of the user during the use of Jobed.ru;
15.2.3. actions or inactions of service providers, services, networks, software or equipment;
15.2.4. any losses that may be incurred by the user in connection with the use of Jobed.ru or its individual functions;
15.2.5. damage to honor, dignity or business reputation, as well as any other damage caused to the user in connection with the use of Jobed.ru;
15.2.6. illegal actions in relation to information that the user independently posted on Jobed.ru and made available to other users;
15.2.7. illegal actions of Jobed.ru users;
15.2.8. failure to comply with the terms of transactions by users;
15.2.9. consequences of providing access to the profile to third parties;
15.2.10. unauthorized interference in the operation of Jobed.ru by third parties, including hacker attacks, DDoS attacks, actions of malware and other disruptions to the operation of Jobed.ru;
15.2.11. possible losses caused by the user's actions to prevent and eliminate violations on Jobed.ru.
15.2.12. To avoid losing user content, it is recommended to make backup copies on the user's device.
15.3. Jobed.ru may contain links to third-party websites and offers. The Company does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content and legality of third-party websites, offers and the consequences of their use.
15.4. The user is solely responsible to third parties for any actions that may violate their rights and legitimate interests.
16. Deleting an account
16. The user can delete their account:
16.1. In the account settings.
16.2. By contacting support.
16. The Company can delete the user's account:
16.1. If the user is inactive for three years.
16.2. After the expiration of the contract for paid Jobed.ru services.
17. Personal information
17.1. In accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms of Use, and on other legal grounds, the Company processes the User's personal data to fulfill the Terms.
17.2. The User independently provides his personal data to an indefinite number of persons if he publishes such data in the open part of his Profile or in the Advertisement. This allows other Users to contact him through Jobed.ru or get more information about the object of the Advertisement.
17.3. If the User posts personal data of third parties or transfers it to the Company in another way, he guarantees that he has complied with all the requirements of the legislation on personal data. In particular, he must obtain the consent of the subjects or have other legal grounds for such actions.
18. Increasing the level of trust in the Jobed.ru platform
18.1. The Company takes measures to identify the risks of violating the law and the Terms of Use of the platform.
18.1.1. To do this, the company checks the reliability of users based on information from telecom operators and other specialized partners involved in combating fraud and protecting against digital risks.
18.1.2. To obtain this information, the company may transfer technical identifiers and the user's phone number to its partners.
18.2. The user gives consent:
18.2.1. to telecom operators — to process information about themselves as a client and communication services (phone number, device data, other information under the contract for the provision of communication services, etc.), as well as to transfer the results of this processing to the company for verification of reliability;
18.2.2. to other specialized partners — to process technical identifiers of the device and other information about themselves, as well as to transfer the results of this processing to the company for verification of reliability.
18.3. Partners do not transfer to the company information that constitutes a communication secret.
19. Settlement of disagreements
19.1. All conflicts between the User and the Company are resolved out of court, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

19.3. The Company considers the received claims in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
19.4. If the parties fail to reach an agreement, the dispute may be referred to the court at the location of the Company (Moscow), unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
20. Final Provisions
20.1. Using any Jobed.ru function, including viewing information, means the user agrees to the terms.
20.2. The Company undertakes to provide access to Jobed.ru functions, and the user undertakes to comply with the terms.
20.3. The Company has the right to make changes to the terms. The new version of the terms comes into force from the moment of publication in the Jobed.ru rules, unless another period is specified.
20.4. The user confirms agreement with the changes to the terms by continuing to use Jobed.ru after they are updated.
